Will is a senior tax lawyer with over 14 years corporate tax experience gained at a leading UK-headquartered international law firm and US-headquartered international firms.
Latterly, at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, he focused on complex cross border M&A, combination and stakes deals, all aspects of Private Equity advisory work and large commercial UK and European real estate transactions.
Will joined RSG Transactional Risks Europe in June 2020.
