RICHARD DALTON

Richard is a VAT Partner at BDO and leads the BDO real estate VAT service line.

He has specialised in real estate VAT for the majority of his career and is experienced in advising all stakeholders in the real estate sector, from Contractors, Investors and Landlords through to Managers and Occupiers, on the VAT issues that can impact their businesses.

Richard is a member of the British Property Federation’s VAT Committee and has sat on HMRC’s Land and Property Liaison Group.
