Peter is a partner in KPMG’s real estate property tax advisory practice. He has over 22 years experience, 17 of which have been working exclusively with real estate businesses.
Peter has significant experience in real estate funds, having advised on the set-up and implementation of several UK, pan-European and global funds.
He has provided tax structuring advice for a large number of property joint ventures and has also advised on the flotation of several AIM-listed and FTSE-listed real estate vehicles.
Peter is a member of the British Property Federation Tax Committee and a Steering Committee Member of the Property Finance Forum. He has significant experience and knowledge of UK-REITs and is the author of the UK-REITs chapter for Tolley’s Property Taxation
