Lisa is a partner in BDO’s London Tax Group. She advises clients across the real estate market in relation to tax structuring, due diligence and refinancing. She works closely with clients throughout the property ownership cycle, advising on acquisitions, ongoing tax compliance and mattes throughout the ownership period and assisting with disposals and exits.
Lisa has advised on a number of retirement village projects as well as on hotels, co-working, co-living, student accommodation and mixes use development projects. She also has experience of advising on ground rent structures, REITs, IPOs and working with real estate businesses in administration.
