Jo is a senior member of KPMG’s stamp taxes team, leading KPMG’s stamp taxes offering in the North East and Scotland.
She has extensive stamp taxes experience including SDLT, LBTT (a member of the Devolved Taxes Collaborative Working Group and the LBTT Forum), LTT, stamp duty and ATED.
Jo’s clients span the public, property, retail and commercial sectors and she advises on a wide range of transactions such as regeneration and redevelopment schemes, joint ventures including partnership structures, sale and lease back transactions, development and build projects and corporate restructuring.
