Fiona is a senior member of KPMG’s Stamp Taxes Group and a member of HMRC’s Shares Working Together Group. She leads KPMG’s stamp taxes offering in the midlands.
Fiona joined KPMG in 2005 and has over 20 years of stamp taxes experience having previously worked at HMRC Stamp Taxes Office. She has extensive stamp taxes experience including stamp duty land tax, land & buildings transaction tax, stamp duty, stamp duty reserve tax and ATED.
She has advised a broad spectrum of clients from the public, property, retail, commercial and banking sectors on real estate transactions, such as regeneration and development projects, joint venture structures including partnerships, land and corporate acquisitions, sale and leaseback etc.
